The Hag of Pine Street, sometimes referred to as the Witch of Pine Street, is said to haunt “paranormal” Pine Street between 5th and 6th Streets. In the late 1800s, the hag’s muffled moans and shrieks came from inside one of the houses, and back then, many passersby claim to have seen the time-worn wrinkled face of an old witch in a window who was shrieking at the top of her lungs.
